ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

1. Language: English
2. The abstract should not exceed 250 words. (Names and affiliation details not included) The font must be "Tahoma" size 10 cpi and fully justified Spacing between the title, the author(s), author’s affiliation and the abstract text: single
4. Abstract title typed in UPPER CASE
5. Authors’ names should be typed in title case, the first name preceding the last name (written in full)
6. The Family name(s) of the author(s) should be written in lower case preceded by the first name(s) of the author(s) written in full.
7. The presenting author’s name must be written in bold. (i.e Mohammed Ali)
8. Authors’ affiliation(s), city and country should be typed in title case. Authors’ names should feature in ascending order corresponding to their affiliation(s):
e.g. Mohammed Ali 1, Khaled Morad 2

9. The abstract should be divided in the following sections (the titles being typed in lower case and in bold): Introduction – Purpose – Material – Methods – Results – Conclusions.
10.The text may include standard abbreviations, tables, diagrams and photographs, as long as they remain within the page margins and the total amount of words does not exceed the abovementioned limit (250 words).
11. Changes, additions or corrections will not be accepted after the abstract submission.
12. Abstracts having insufficient data or including phrases such as "the conclusions are to be discussed" or "the evidence will be presented" etc. will not be accepted.
13. The topic as well as the desired presentation type, oral or poster presentation should be selected in the abstract submission form.
